The break at 1 p.m. is probably a joke. One service point for the entire city, with only three counters and sluggish ladies who close 5 minutes early because they're about to break... the queue, of course, freezes for half an hour outside. Could the city look for a better place with a waiting room so that people don't have to stand in the cold with small children? Especially since someone came up with the idea that the cards should be extended for the next calendar year... And get rid of this stupid break?

I tried to contact the office by phone and after waiting for about half an hour (out of the 15th queue), when I was the first one, I was simply disconnected.

The application is underdeveloped, the tabs do not work as they should. Once the Wave System tab is attached, it cannot be opened. After installing the Fala application on the phone, due to the Fala system being attached to the resident's card, I cannot personalize this application because it shows that an account has already been created with this email address and PESEL number. Once again, I say total failure. Rating minus 5.

Fast service, competent and helpful ladies, but why is there a break from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.? Is it impossible to maintain continuity of service, employees could have breaks on a rotational basis? People leave work for a moment, unaccustomed to the fact that Poland can have a break at noon.
I have been waiting for over 5 days for verification and I cannot buy a ticket. Nothing has changed in my address for years. If you are thinking of something like accumulating the end of packages, get ready to work.

Tragedy. There is terrible chaos there. It's hard to understand anything because it's a small room and 3 stations next to each other. People are standing on top of each other. What a drama.
